It seems that our idea of squeezing
training into one day was not the best,
therefore this year we will come back
to the old concept of holding a two-day
meeting. It is my pleasure to invite to
this meeting right now.
The last hours of the meeting were
devoted to announcing winners of
the competition of the year 2005 and
awarding statuettes.
The winners are:

The winner in the competition for Re-
liable Salesperson of the Year 2006
was BH Barbara Hucińska from
Gdańsk, who invited Kerpol company
from Szczecin to join in the opening of
Yello car wash in Kalisz, which was set
up after wining a tender by BH Barba-
ra Hucińska. Therefore, a formal open-
ing of car wash MZK Koszalin was not
only connected with the presentation
of Kärcher products prepared by both
companies but also putting MZK Ko-
szalin on the list of Kerpols clients!
This fair play activity of BH Barbara
Hucińska company, which should be
followed by others, had one basic goal
– full consumer satisfaction and com-
fort while using services of Yello Kärch-
er car wash! This means full after sales
service, purchase of maintenance
means, etc directly from the authorised
sales dealer of Kerpol in Koszalin! Con-
gratulations to all winners!

Broom of the Year 2007
T 9/1 Bp Pack submitted for the com-
petition Gold Broom of the year 2007
in the category “Cleaning systems/so-
lutions/ideas/cleaning agents”
The commercial vacuum cleaner T 9/1
Bp from Kärcher, which has been de-
veloped for the specifc needs of clean-
ing companies, features a hybrid tech-
nology whereby it can be operated in
either the mains-powered or battery-
powered mode. Where there no pow-
er outlet is available, or where a power
cable could cause some inconvenience
(e.g. on large surface areas, corridors,
storeys, e.g. in malls), it can simply be
switched to the battery mode. The T 9/1
Bp is therefore very suitable for clean-
ing during normal business hours with
extensive personnel or many clients
and in heavily frequented or congested
areas such as hotels, offces shops and
cinemas. The low 58 dB/A sound level
makes this vacuum cleaner suitable for
daytime use.
The T 9/1 Bp has two rechargeable bat-
teries accommodated in the unit’s head.
As soon as the frst battery is spent, the
vacuum automatically switches over to
the second. Although the advanced lith-
ium ion batteries provide up to 40 per
cent more energy, they are about 40
per cent lighter than conventional NiCd
or NiMH batteries. The T 9/1 Bp has a
foot-operated on/off switch to prevent
the need for bending. The comfort of
operating the T 9/1 Bp is due to a sta-
ble drive mechanism (2 rubber-coat-
ed wheels and 2 castors). The 10-me-
tre power cable can be wound round
the cable wrap integrated in the motor
head. The unit has a comfortable hold-
er in the head cover. The foor nozzle
can be stored directly on the casing.
The unit comes standard complete with
tear resistant feece flter bags. This
feece flter can hold up more dust than
conventional paper flter bags. It is also
possible to vacuum with a permanent
main flter made from washable nylon.
